How do I choose a model?
Start with your destination country, intended use, required load or seating arrangement, and expected order quantity. We can then compare suitable models and confirm the configuration with the supplier.
Can I order a sample?
Ask for a sample quotation for your selected model. Availability, preparation time, sample price and shipping are confirmed individually before payment.
What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ depends on the model, configuration and branding requirements. Include your expected quantity in the inquiry so we can quote an appropriate option.
Are the vehicles EEC approved?
Some supplier catalogs describe EEC or COC options. Approval is specific to a vehicle type and version. Request the relevant documents for the exact model and destination before ordering; a catalog description alone is not proof of approval.
Can I choose the battery, color or logo?
Motor, battery, color and branding options vary by model. We confirm available choices, minimum quantities and any additional costs in the quotation.
How are shipping and lead time calculated?
These depend on the chosen configuration, quantity, packing method, production schedule and destination. Share your delivery port or address for an order-specific estimate.
Do you supply spare parts?
Send the model, component name and photos where possible. We can coordinate available spare parts and discuss a recommended parts list with the supplier.
Are the listed specifications final?
Specifications are reference values transcribed from supplier catalogs. Battery configuration, test conditions and ordered version can affect performance. Final specifications and documentation must be agreed in the quotation.
